Patented prediction models and validated assessment science show where performance is heading, and what to change now.
Data Analytics Lab (DAL) is NFN's research lab for people and performance. We combine assessment data from more than 500 companies with business data, and use machine learning and generative AI to forecast how individuals, teams and organizations will perform, then turn each forecast into a concrete next step.
Sustainable growth depends on hiring the right people, developing them into experts and leading them well. DAL takes data from hiring, competency, leadership and culture assessments and integrates it with structured and unstructured business data: financial and management indicators, reports, surveys and free text.
On that foundation we research business performance prediction models, the reliability and validity of assessment tools, and AI-driven feedback and coaching. The results go straight into the Global Assess platform and AX consulting work.
