AX PM leadership program with SNU EPM for an S Group company
A 15-week track that combines SNU faculty lectures with assessment, analytics and coaching on Global Assess.
NFN is running a custom AX (AI transformation) PM leadership program with the Engineering Project Management (EPM) program at Seoul National University's College of Engineering, for next-generation leaders of an S Group company.
The college and the company signed an industry–academia MOU and opened a 15-week S Group Leadership Program track within EPM's 30th cohort. It covers leadership, AI and new technology, and IT project management.
Global Assess supports the program with assessment, analytics and action coaching for project leadership, including 360° leadership assessment that compares how leaders see themselves with how others experience them. The program also turns in-house experts' tacit knowledge into structured knowledge that AI can use.
The closing presentation was scheduled for 30 September, where participants would present AI solutions for financial analysis, management performance analysis, employee VOC handling and compliance risk response. The program is led by Byung Jun Kang, head of the SNU EPM AI4PM initiative.
