Global Assess adds AI review and GROW-based AI coaching
An assess–review–coaching process so that assessments lead to behavior change instead of ending as one-off reports.
NFN upgraded its integrated HR platform Global Assess with an AI-based assess–review–coaching process (AI One-Flow), so that competency and leadership assessments lead to actual behavior change rather than ending as one-off reports.
Global Assess is a SaaS platform that lets a company open an online assessment center without building its own system. Companies without a competency model can use standard items by level and job; companies with their own model get a custom setup. Results come out automatically as quantitative and qualitative reports.
After an assessment, the AI review gives each person feedback in a one-to-one conversation covering strengths, risks and key development points. The new AI coach, designed on the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Option, Will), uses the assessment data to help each person set and follow development goals.
