G Series: HR assessment subscriptions by company size

NFN launched the G Series, three annual subscription plans for HR assessment (Guide, Growth and Giant), plus a Project & Custom service for specific issues.

Guide is for companies or departments new to HR assessment and covers everything from opening the assessment system to producing results. Growth is for mid-sized companies with assessment experience and builds an assess–analyze–feedback cycle with data-based improvement plans for individuals and departments. Giant is for large companies and platform organizations that need a company-wide assessment system, bringing department assessments onto one platform to align organizational development.

The goal is data-based people decisions regardless of company size, with continued work on assessment items and analysis algorithms.
